Manchester City Council is committed in encouraging young people to participate in sports that they enjoy. They've built two skateparks. There's one at Platt Fields Park and the other is on London Road beneath the Mancunian Way. Both have well built pipes, banks, hips and grind rails and incorporate excellent transitions.
They include elements that are unique to Manchester, with the added benefit of complementing each other, achieving a different experience at each site.
