Did anybody happen to tune into Channel 4's 'The Best and Worst Places to Live in the UK - 2006'?
Comparisons were made of various places in the UK according to a criteria that included the following : CRIME / ENVIRONMENT / LIFESTYLE / EMPLOYMENT / EDUCATION.
Then the places were ranked in the top 10 for the 'Best' and the 'Worst'. For your information, here are the 10 'Worst' places to live in the UK . . .

Well, what do you make of that folks? How do you rank your area? Do these rankings have any resemblance to ACTUALLY quality of life? Do you agree with this criteria?
I don't know about you, but, I would like to see Manchester being distinctly absent from the list of the 'Worst' places in 2007 - has it got any chance?
Are you surprised to find 4 of the 'Worst' areas to live are in London? I mean, Islington, of all places?! Tony and Cherie will be crying into their pink champagne and sun-dried cherry tomatoes !!
