well i look at it this way, any plastic surgery would be because i wanted it not for a man's appraisal, if i had a piece of baggy skin at the back of my knee i would want it removed, nothing wrong with that,  so if there was a baggy piece of skin somewhere more noticeable thast can go too, unless i want to spend my money on something else,  i havn't got a "turkey" neck but i would like it removed as it would be in the way when i turned my head

 elective surgery is freedom of choice i have no issues with that
i wouldnt mind a penus extension but i have enough troubles with the 12 inches i have now
I dont use it as a rule
sometimes it comes in handy
