It's a love story but she is two years ahead of him...and he is two years behind. Watched it a couple of weeks ago and loved it....made me think of it when you wrote just now about you going to the same places as Village only several years on (without the 'love' angle of course
)
It's on Video...try and see it!!

Not sad...I cried...but then that's me!! Don't want to give anything away but it had a nice ending.

I always try to stay upbeat...it's funny but when you are down and you force yourself to laugh or smile you DO feel better. It's true what they say "Laugh and the world laughs with you...Cry and you cry alone"! and on that note I am off to bed!! Work tomorrow!!

never ever be sad nor cynical
life is to short to wish for what ya dont have
Life is to short to be living in a constant state of sadness
Go look at ya self in the bathroom mirror
If you smile at the person that is looking at ya in the mirror and they smile back at you then you are truly blessed

...have you read the Desiderata?? I tried to post it here once but it was in the wrong format. It's a longer version of what you have just said. I like the bit where it advises avoiding vexatious people. I try to do this at work and it ain't easy!!

now i was the opposite of that, no-one ever attacked me after i practised fighting with my brother, my sister begged me to go to some dance where the girls used to fight, but i had grown too old for that and didn't want to in front of lads
