All that's necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

I think the unfortunate early red card for Kompany was as much a part of the result as Rooney.  A bad - yellow card for sure - tackle, but he was unlucky to get a straight red, and for any team to lose their captain so early is a massive blow.  First loss at home for City this season.... I'm not sure the Reds would have had the win playing against 11 men.  I thought Ferdinand had handed them the equaliser right at the end!  Fabulous to watch though - so many big matches are boring but that one was well worth the ticket money!

Liverpool are on home ground.  That match is not a foregone conclusion either.  Hopefully it'll make good watching too.  O0

My Dad is a City Man, my brother in law a United man.  I like to see both do well.  I don't think I know any Liverpool supporters..... ???   We used to have one neighbour who hung a Liverpool banner from his window AFTER they won something, but not before, and definitely not when they lost.  We'd have complained about the banner -  but it was such a rarity..... :2funny:
