Anyone know who is winning Boris or Ken?

Boris has been leading all day, but they're expecting to have to go to the second place votes aren't they?  I think Red Ken is closer than expected...... I felt a bit sorry for Ken when he was displaced - he always seemed very committed, even if I didn't like his politics;  but I do like Boris.  I especially liked him telling FIFA they could whistle for freebies at the Olympics after the World Cup debacle..... there's something just totally English about his whole eccentric-but-honourable approach.

I'm fairly peeved the Lymm Parish Council Results aren't up yet though - that's hardly a counting job for an army!!  ;D

51.5% to 48.5% according to the news.  But that's 3% of almost 2 million votes, so a margin of nearly 60,000.  Ken blew it with me making an utterly ungracious speech, saying Boris was a "do nothing mayor" and the campaign was dirty, the media biased and he was robbed....  Even if you think that, the gracious thing is to congraulate the winner and then shut up..... ::)

Still can't find the Parish Council results.  I'm hoping one smug Lib Dem in particular gets his marching orders.....  ;)
