Saw the new building near Victoria Station yesterday. Looks fantastic. Just what that part of Manchester needs. Anyone know anything about it? It looks like it has some expensive apartments in it!

If it's the building opposite the CIS Building on Millers Street, then thats the new Co-op head quarters. However if it's the building at the bottom of Cheetham Hill, then thats an office block and The Raddison Park Hotel.

Do you mean the one that looks like a giant rollercoaster? It looks hideous in my view.

Each to their own. I happen to think it's stunning and will really enhance the major redevelopment of the area. Oh and it is the new Co-op building.

I found a photo of it. Still think it looks like a rollercoaster, with a spaceship emerging from the middle.

I've watched it being built on my way into work every morning. I think it looks great, I'd love to have a nosey inside, especially on the roof.

Many thanks for putting the link on. The building looks even better inside! A really modern building in a very historic part of our city.

I'd love to have a tour of the building. Anyone know if the Co-op will be offering a chance to visit?
