In some ways its not as 'shameless'  as Antiques Roadshow.  The outright greed on that show is truly shameless.  Love it when someone is told the stuff is worth a fiver  ;D

I'm surprised you even watch 'Antique Roadshow', I avoid programmes I find fault with - seems logical to me

Recently I've enjoyed 'Secret Dealers' but it's off air atm

Why the surprise? I enjoy matters historical, local, national, world etc.  Some things should be enjoyed and cherished for what they are, and not merely reduced to a monetary value.  Hence my laughter when some greedy buffoon is told his stuff is only worth five quid  ;D

Well the 'greedy buffoon' is probably shown because the BBC class him as good television, personally I think it would be better if he was told it was worthless behind the scenes in order that someone else with a genuine antique could have his slot

And theres also the shameless greedy non-buffoon type who know damn well what the stuff is worth because they let slip they had it valued (probably for the 50th time during ownership) only a few months ago. Yet there they stand smugly getting a free valuation.

That's truly shameless greed.

That doesn't bother me, what does is when we have to wait nearly five minutes before the valuation is given!

Fiona Bruce is a nice piece of eye candy. Could use a bigger rack though.

Bloke viewers say such things.  Gentlemen viewers wouldn't dream of remarking......  ;D

I  feel a bit sorry for Fiona sometimes, she's intelligent, witty, comes across as very friendly,  but a tad lacking in the cup  department
