I have a nephew who is in a group called Stone Rose's, and prior to that he was in a group called Primal Scream. I think the The rose's have recently reformed. However I have to confess that I don't know any of their music and wouldn't recognise it if it was playing on the radio right now. It must be an age thing. I am stuck in a musical time warp of the 60s.  :-[

Are the Bee Gees really a "Manchester" group ?

They were born in the IOM and went to Australia in 1958.

They did live in Chorlton for a few years as kids.  Bit of a stretch, it has to be said, but but it's probably where they worked out their style....  I liked Freddie and the Dreamers.  He was definitely a Manchester milkman!  ;D
It's nice to be important, but it's also important to be nice.
