Victims of the veteran broadcaster Stuart Hall are to sue for compensation after he admitted indecently assaulting 13 girls, one aged nine.
 
The 83-year-old of Wilmslow, Cheshire, pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court to 14 offences between 1967 and 1985.
 
The Manchester law firm Pannone said it had been instructed by a number of Hall's victims to pursue civil cases in relation to injuries and harm suffered.
 
Partner Alan Collins said his company was representing six victims.
 
Some of these formed part of the court case at Preston Crown Court on Thursday, he said.
 
Mr Collins said he would also be looking into whether any of the offences took place on BBC premises.

ON RECORD ON MANCHESTER FORUMS PLEASE AS WITTNESS TO. Tonight while checking my facebook page seems I had a new friend (female youngish) . I clicked to be nosey and was soon looking at lesbian acts with very underage girls.
 
I told police straight away they said tell facebook I tried but failed. Police called me back suggesting I clicked on an advertisement. I did not I do understand the difference. I said call now see it yourself, they said they call me back, now turned 10pm no call as yet.
 
I'm disgusted, help us stop crime they say. What worse crime than this? So now I have blown the whistle on there bad attitude and lack of help. John. Carrington 03-05-13.
