 Charlie Gilmour was the P***k who climbed up the Cenotaph, hauling himself up by pulling on the flags on the memorial. This took place during the Student fee's protests. Although Charlie  has probably never paid for anything in his life. Relying on daddies fortune to ease his way through life.
