Manchester City plans for bigger stadium.

Any improvements made by either of the big two clubs that attract people to the City can only be good for Manchester.

Can't see anything wrong with that idea - they're not increasing the footprint of the stadium and they have a waiting list of people wanting to occupy the seats.  Can't say I'd want to sit that high up though.... :o
