Well, when you deliberately pretend that a player has headbutted you and get him sent off in the first half, as the Germans did, you do rather give yourself an advantage over a ten-man team.  Disgusting display of blatant cheating.  They ought to be disqualified and sent home in disgrace immediately.   >:(

Oh dear.  Now it's all about other people losing in order for us to progress, isn't it?  At least Rooney finally scored - I said to Dad as his header hit the bar earlier that I was beginning to think he believed he was doomed to never score at a World Cup - which will pretty well ensure you never do!
