Italy played not so good... true
maybe it is better that we went out...

But a player that bite another man... it is unacceptable! it is the third time that happen! and referee doesnt see.. when the referree see a red card (a doubt red card) for italy before...
I hope that he will not play for one year!

I was angry for that...
with slow motion suarez was out! but someone doesnt want slowmotion...
in tennis there is slowmotion, in rugby there is slowmotion, in volley there is slowmotion.. only in soccer there isnt.

A psychologist says Luis Suarez  'bite' comes from childhood frustration and is a habitual expression of childish behaviour

FIFA must surely ban him.  If they don't, they lose all respect.  There are just no words for a grown man who bites people.  Name me any other job where you can bite people three times in the workplace and still be employed?   :o

Has he done it when he played in Uruguay, maybe it's quite common there :-\

The Uruguayan players are trying to say it's a witch hunt, if the referee had seen it he would probably given a red card - he would then miss the next game wouldn't he?

Uruguay will say anything to keep a goalscorer on the pitch.   Bit silly when we all saw it, then saw it again in slow motion, then saw the teeth marks....

Did you see the bloke in Norway who placed a bet Suarez would bite someone at the World Cup?   When the bookies will only give you 175-1 on the bloke getting through a maximum of seven games without biting someone, I don't think you can claim it's the Press being unfair, can you?   ???

I heard that on the radio, would love to know how much he won - I bet there's a lot of people who wished they'd thought of it

Someone rang in Talk Sport to say he thought Suarez had planned it so Liverpool would sell him!

The paper reported he'd won more than £500.  Wasn't a big bet.  I don't know the tax rules on winnings in Norway, but if you bet £3 in the UK at 175-1, you'd net £525.

Wow.  In FIFA terms that is heavy stuff.  Four months when he may not even enter a stadium or train with his club AND nine international matches, beginning immediately.  I daresay there will be much whining about it.  Personally, I don't think FIFA had any choice if they wanted to retain anyone's respect.  Nor do I have any problem with the punishment - he chose to bite, he's done it before and both Liverpool and Uruguay knew that when they picked him.  Whatever the consequences for them, they made an informed choice.

There are some people who think he should have been banned for two years
